Brief Description

This Airstream is a timecapsulefrom 1967 (The Summer of Love). This is a rare trailer and and exceptional Airstream year, size, and layout. There were very few Airstream Sovereigns made in the 60s and especially with this particular layout and added options. This Airstream is an Ohio built 30ft. Sovereign International Land Yacht which was Airstreams most expensive trailer and option package.It has been extremely well cared for its entire life and it’s in great condition.

Interior

The interior of the trailer is in excellent condition. It is smoke, pet, leak, and odor free. The interior is all original (inlcuding originalHerculon carpet)withexceptionto the upholstery. It is in beautiful condition! The mintblue oven, countertops, and bathroom are stunning. The gorgeous custom upgraded American Cherry wood cabinetry is all inexcellent condition. All cabinet latches and hinges are functional.All systems and appliances have been tested and are functioning properly. All outlets, lights, radio, and appliances are functioning as they should. The water heater has been recently replaced and the toilet is brand new. All other appliances are original. All plumbing is in great shape with no leaks. The trailer still has the original belt driven water pump (extra new belt inside the trailer). The lp system is all functional with no leaks as well. It has been monometer tested. Theoriginal propane lamp by the door is in working condition. It has a new mantle nose, mantle, and gasket. This trailer originally had the double bunk bed setup. The brackets are still on the ceiling and the wall. The original cushions for the rear bed are nolonger there. Theprevious owners purchased new mattresses for each side and removed them prior to selling. We can custom make new cushions (using your desired upholstery) if thatis desired.

Exterior

The exterior is in great condition as well. The shell is practically dent free. All minor blemishes are shown in the Flickr photo slideshow. It has new wheels, new hubcaps,new battery,new jack, new window seals, new door seal, new door latch, and new license plate bracket. The prior owners had touched up the paint on the front and rear frame as well. The lp tanks have been re-certified. All segment seams, vents, windows, and lights will be resealed with Acryl-r sealant (Airstream recommended silver sealant). As with all of the Airstreams from this era, new axles should be installed. There is also rear end seperation which is a very common issue on the longer vintage Airstreams. Both of these things should be addressed unless its going to be mostly parked as a tiny home, guest house, office, etc. We could install the new axles and repair the rear end for an extra fee if the buyer is interested. The running lights and tail lights are all original and functioning properly. We have the original aluminum stabilizer jacks and wheel covers that are in excellent condition.

I still have the Carefree window awnings that went all the way around the trailer. I also have the front window rock guard (chipped) with hardware. We can install a new one fromVintageTrailerSupply.comfor the new owner. I also have the original wheels and tires.

TransportWe haveexperience withtransporting Airstreams all over the world. The delivery cost inside the US is roughly $1.25/ mile, but it can be cheaper depending on yourlocation and the timing. The trailer can be transported a few different ways. The most common way is to use a hot shot service where thedriver pulls it with a truck. The second option is to load it on a flatbed trailer. This option is typically more expensive. If you\'re an international buyer, we can arrange the shipping. We will haveyour trailer transported to the nearest port and shipped via a roll on/roll off ship. In addition, we are also happy to work with a transporter ofyour choice. FinancingUnfortunately, we do not offer financing. There are amultitudeof ways that you could finance an Airstream. One option is going through a bank to get a traditional rv loan, but this can be tricky. Large bankstypically loan on Airstreamsthat are less than 10 years old, although some will go up to 13. Your local credit union is more likely tohelp you on a vintage Airstream purchase than anyone else. If you see this trailer listed anywhere else without my contact info on it, it is a scam! Scammers screenshot/copy my photos andpost fraudulent listings all over the internet (specifically on Craigslist). This trailer has never been involved in a wreck, flood, hail, etc. In addition, all of the aluminum panels are original. I do have clear title in our name and it is not a salvage title.I can send a copy of the title upon your request. I do post a picture of the VIN on the Flickr photo slideshow as well.
