Includes Artist\'s Bench by Killeen Manufacturing (Model L).
Always has been in same spot ever since purchased in a non-smoking house and with no pets.Thanksgiving SPECIAL!!! DROPPED $3,000 BELOW VALUE - NOW ASKING $12,000!New Complete 2 hour Tune-Up ($240) was completed 11-25-15. There has never been sun or forced heat on or near the piano. The fireplace next to the piano has not been used during the life of this piano. The room has ALWAYS been constantly at temperatures between 60\'s to low \'70\'s throughout the years. No repairs or renovation ever made, since the piano never needed anything except regular tune ups; have tuner\'s name and phone number to verify. This is a magnificent unit in magnificent condition.
Always constant stable humidity in the living where very few people have been in. (We always use the Family Room).Played probably less than 40 times. Never any children or pupils played it. This is a one player piano (except the tuner of course).Worth at least $15,000, especially since Baldwins are no longer made.
Engineering & Sound are Better in a Baldwin over Steinway due to patents in the bass and treble. Also there exists no Teflon in the Baldwin (Teflon is only in the Steinway).Pick up only; even though this listing says \"calculated shipping,\" seller will not ship!
