Comes with interior sandwich tray which lifts out. There is a built in bottle opener on one side with drain .The lid fits tight also so if you wanted to use it you can.There is no rust in or on this cooler hard to find the inside like this one !!!Sandwich Tray is in perfect condition and still has original handle which most do not. Does have scratches and small dent in lower bottom left corner but is in good conditionMeasures 18Lx12Wx17H inchesweight 17lbs.
