You are offerding on rare 13’ 1963“Canned Ham” style Compact Shasta travel trailer. This beauty is as original as humanlypossible with some minor upgrades to help make it that way. We had planned to keep her but do not havethe time to enjoy what we worked so hard to restore. This little show-stopperdoes has some minor exterior “charter marks” after 55 years, but by no means dothey take away from the overall beauty. Theback side, near the holding tank outlet, has a nicely done aluminum “patch”which we have determined was installed over the existing aluminum to repair a dentedarea to the skin on that side of the trailer.It really looks good for a repair, and is totally secure. This trailer is solid from the top to thebottom and all the way around. Originallinoleum flooring and kitchen table. The electrical, plumbing and propane has allbeen upgraded and checked for safety by professionals in the industry. Exteriorstorage compartment with plenty of storage under the seat cushions and abovethe dinette area. The range top burners andoven work perfectly along with the sink, facet, and water lines. Includes a 30 gallon fresh water holdingtank. You can also hook up directly to a watersource for water at the sink or use the holding tank. The sink simply drainsunder the trailer where you can put a bucket/holding tank or just let the watersimply run on the ground. There are twopropane tanks. One is full and connected to a newer propane line and regulator. This little trailer is extremely lightweight. We are guessing it weighs about1100 at the most and can easily be towed with just a 6-cyl vehicle or perhapseven a 4 cycle. This trailer sleeps 2adults or an adult and couple of kiddos. The dinette area makes a nice full sizebed. All cushions are brand new with newslip covers. Nice little bathroom. The exterior bright white with pure orangestripping is extremely sharp and are original colors for the little trailer.This exterior was professionally spray painted. The Shasta orange color is alsocarried inside with teal as the accent color that includes matching orange/tealcurtains and table cloth which are all brand new. The icebox is totally original to thetrailer, and keeps everything very cold with a block of ice. CLEAR INDIANA TITLE.

Short term storage of up to two weeks is available in case the weather turns bad for pick up. We will keep her nice and snug for you.
We are also including a new heavy gauge extension cord.

What do you mean by character marks?Small rock dings, etc.
You can see dents on the camper. How many dents are on the front, back andsides?Some denting on the driver side front, a few other places but certainly nothing major. There is a small dent on the door. Mostly just small dings here and there. There\'s also a small patch (maybe 3\"x3\") on the front drivers side but is tight and looks fine.
Did the floor have any rot or soft spots before it was covered with
rustproofing?NOfloor rot at all. Any bad wood areas have been replaced, like 1/2 moon wood around both wheel wells and all 4 corner areas, caulked all seams and then undercoated. We took our time on all areas of this trailer. It\'s all very solid. Thanks for asking....
