A piece of postal history in Tsarist Russia,postal envelopes with nice postage stamps,and moneyenvelopes,with nice wax seals,letters from actual covers.6 postage envelopes,with 8 postage stamps,and multiple cancellation stamps.Four of them was sent to St Petersburg,others was sent to different towns in Tsarist Russia,one envelope contains an actual letter on A4 size paper,two other open small letters, from same period of time. Year 1902.-1903.5 money envelopes,each envelope have a 5 wax seals,all together 25 wax seals,some with Tsarist Russia coat of arms.All of them was sent in today\'sLatvianterritory,one of them was sent from Latvian capital city Riga,from local police station.This kind of money envelopes usually was sent to different towns, to local councils to pay tax, judgement,or penalty. These envelopes proof that the post in this time was very safe,because sometimes was sent a big sums of money,even silver roubles. Year-1893.-1898.
