Obverse: Prince of Wales\' feathers in centre with double legend: “WM FORSTER VIOLIN TENOR & VIOLINCELLO MAKER * No. 348 STRAND LONDON.”.

Reverse: Crown in centre surrounded by the sheet music for the National Anthem, with legend: “GOD SAVE THE KING 1795”.
