Over100 year old, complete issue of JUDGE magazine from Sept. 12, 1908---an Election Year---with lots of Political Humor. Taft was to run against William Jennings Bryan that Fall, and these publications skewer Bryan in cartoons, etc. There is an Anti-Bryan cartoon on the cover depicting him as an insect--HUMBUG. Inside is a full color, center spread cartoon---pro-Taft carrying a FULL DINNER PAIL, a Republican Campaign slogan from the previous election, promising prosperity and food on the table.He is pictured entering a general store, with promises of bounty for Uncle Sam.

. Back cover has a COLOR comic strip --LITTLE JOHNNY AND THE TEDDY BEARS, art by JOHN BRAY--EARLY ANIMATOR.with a fire alarm theme. Inside has more satire, cartoons, etc.
