This is a VERY RARE souvenir watch fob from the October 16, 1909 \"Meeting of the Presidents\" in El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. Attended by US President William Taft and Mexico President Porfirio Diaz, it was the historic first meeting between a US president and a Mexican president. They met in the small towns of Juarez and El Paso (across the border from each other) where a big celebration took place. Souvenirs from this event are quite rare. After hours of searching, I couldn\'t find any mention of this watch fob in my books or online, so it may be unlisted! The back is marked \"Schwaab S & S. Co. Milwaukee\".
