1963 Swiss Army Cargo Unimog:

This is a regularly run Unimog, with about 46,000 original miles. IT is NOT running currently, but has run within the last 12 hours. Issues are should have the carburetor rebuilt, fuel system cleaned and mechanical fuel pump reinstalled. Currently has electric fuel pump. Recommend hauling vehicle home. There are extra parts, brake shoe linings, spare bulbs, original tools except towing cable. I suspect that the electric pump installed by the mechanic is too small.

She has been regularly serviced and comes with shop manual from M-B plus English and German operators manuals. I would suggest overhauling the 32NDIX carb, re-install the mechanical fuel pump, and generally clean the gasoline tanks and fuel system just as a precaution. She could use the valve seals on the engine replaced due to age and wear (new parts provided with truck), and tires are at about 25% remaining tread on down (10:00X20 MPT Uniroyal Military). The truck is designed for the average German farmer to repair, and if you would like a head turning military vehicle, she is probably one of the better unimogs for restpration.

repairable rust in cab sills and corners-truck is 51 years old and has sat out every year of its life.

I would prefer that the new owner keep her as a military truck, as there are fewer and fewer of these trucks unmolested in the world. Like a Unimog, built like a tractor, runs like a tank, once you have one of these all other trucks are just toys. Also slower then a brick, good for about 45-50 MPH tops.

Allow for hauling or towing 6100 LB truck, 9\'0\" tall x 8\'0 wide x 18\'0 long as truck is currently not starting.
