1987 M998 humvee. Really clean truck. 2 door soft top as pictured. 6.5L engine with dual volt alternator was installed at depot reman a few years ago. Drives great. The 6.5 engine keeps up with road traffic. You can get on the highway and get up to speed easily. I have an identical truck that I personally drive. Bought the pair of them at the same time. Just took mine to the local truck pull I was able to move 12000lbs of concrete on a sled with my truck. Only a few inches them I lost traction on dirt but the truck only weighs in at 5500lbs. On road transferrable registration in my name in hand. Over 25 years no title issued the reg and bill of sale are used for transfer. Back of reg has place for seller and buyer to sign. Fed law requires states to reciprocate and accept the transfer documents another state chooses to issue. Most of the upper east coast states won\'t issue a title over 25 years. Other states dmv\'s understand this and I have never had an issue transferring a vehicle. If your state is one that has an issue with humvees in general then that\'s a different story.
