Nice camper for a smaller family. AC system will freeze you out. Pretty light pulling with a half ton pickup. Decent shape, had some prior leaks that were repaired and sealed. Runs off 12 volt power, propane gas, and 220 electrical all working well. Newer fridge with ice, Microwave and convection oven. Great big awning, radio with speaker system, outside light, 2 sinks, outside shower head, rear luggage rack, tons of storage, nook turns into bed, with storage underneath. Also has new sewer hose with plenty of length. Water hookups with RV hose and has two brand new tires. We used it regular so everything was kept in working order. Clean title.
