For sale is a 2004 Springdale by Keystone ClearWater Edition. Travel Trailer was used for one year and was kept in storage after use. Master Bedroom mattress not included, but original comforter is. Bunk bed mattresses are included. Great condition.Defects- Bathroom sink has a crack near faucet. Patio awning on right side has a large tears (see pics). Small dent/hole on entrance door. The two latches that hold the main door and storage door are broken, but can be replaced. Some of the exterior decals are worn and peeling off. Pieces of corner stripping on exterior are peeling but should be able to go back in place. Inside is very clean and smoke free just been sitting in storage. Random taillight covers are missing (see pics). Tile has a \"burn mark\" in storage area under bunk bed (see pics). Some finish is peeling off wood under bunk bed on front, and under bunk bed in storage area.Propane and water appliances have not been tested, but were working before put in storage. Small piece of ceiling stripping above dining area table is out of place (see pics).Inside is very clean and smoke free. Stove top has never been used and appliances and interior are very clean. Everything works and functions as it should, including all electrical, and cold air conditioning.Please ask any and all questions before placing a offer.Buyer responsible for pickup/delivery.
