Everything works. A/C blows cold, refrigerator/freezer works on gas or electricity,6 gallon water heater has automatic pilot, electric awning, 1 electric slide out,Inverter, 2 propane tanks, and many more amenities.There are only2 defects. 1defect is a cracked mirror in the hall closet door. The 2nd is the electric jack quit working. I will replacewill a manual jack at no additional cost.The tires are at approximately 40%. I picked this particular trailer for 2 main reasons. It has an actual bathtub with a shower. Great for the kids or even a pet. The 2nd reason is the closet space. It has 3 closets. It is a very comfortable trailer. I just don\'t use it enough anymore to warrant keeping it. I hope someone can put it to good use. I am also including the weight distribution tow hitch I use to pull it with.
