I have kept this in mind cont, with only 1 spot on the floor under the carpet that shows signs of a damage due to thepull out slide grabbing the table leg and dragging it.I have all manuals and just cleaned the roof and had all the windows and seals redone.I have made several updates to the unit which include.New Outside Kitchen sealNew DVD UnitBulldog electric nose jack.New Front Scissor Jacks.New Shower Head.New Awnings in Oct 2016 and only used once.New Tires in Oct.This is ready to go, You need nothing but a SUV or Truck to pull it with.I Just had this professionally cleaned and detailed.Here are all the Specs.
