This sale is for a 2013 23UL Work & Play RV. I boughtthe unit brand new and we never used it. I ordered it from the factory withevery option available over $10,000 to include a “factory Installed” Onan 4 KW generatorwith and upgraded automatic transfer switch. This generator option includes a 20-gallonbuilt in gas tank and a electric fuel gauge. The coach also includes a full-lengthelectric awning, which is deployed with a single switch. Also included is anelectric deluxe electric jack with LCD lights, aluminum mag wheels with radial tires,large LCD TV for the living area, jacks, wireless back up camera, plus much more.
This trailer is the perfect size to hold even a small jeep –motor cycles – golf cart or what ever you want to carry. All the seating foldsup or down for living area. The coach includes a full Queen size bed, closedoff bathroom and full shower with electric / gas water heater 110 gal watertank – reverse cycle AC unit and furnace.
