Handsome and colorful desk top souvenir glass paperweight from the ( PPIE ) Panama Pacific International Exposition in 1915 in San Francisco, California. On the reverse side is a glass mirror. Measures 4\"x 2 1/2\" x 7/8\" high. No chips or cracks. The illustration of the Tower at the Main entrance has MOP highlights to replicate the light, hence the name JEWEL CITY, that was cast by all those \" Novagem\" jewels hanging on the building. The fairgoers mingle under green trees. Very nice detailed image of the Main Building and Tower.
