Sterling Piano Co.manufactured this antique, upright piano, wooden hammer rail in CT, USA. This reclaimed upright piano hammer rail is aKansas barn fresh find and was originally sold from 1900-1915 with uprightSterling Piano Co. (model 7110). It is completely original and not cleaned orrestored. The hammer rail measures ~53\"L x 10\"W and weighs 21 lbs.The antique rail includes all original piano back checks, damper blocks,wood flanges and upright levers, drop actions, and rubber donut grommets (seeimages). Generally, the condition isgood with grime, some surface scratches, scuffs and dings throughout but allhammers are present, and there are no signs of damage (see images). This is a great piece for repurpose andrestoration.
