Up for sale is a truly gorgeous piece of antique hand blown cased satin glass pitcher shaped vase. It\'s a light blue with a white cased inside and a clear frosted handle. It\'s decorated with a lovely hand painted bird. What I have not seen before that especially excites me about this piece is that the blossoms and the branches that the bird is perched on are accented with tiny bubbles painted with gold. Has anyone seen a piece with these little bubbles before? The vase is 9\" at its tallest. The tip of the spout was crafted with a notch. It\'s not a chip. The vase is beautifully made and the glass is in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. There are some rub marks on the handle and on the neck that I haven\'t attempted to rub out. Some of the glass bubbles have gold paint loss but it\'s all in nice condition and a really unique piece. I purchased this at an estate sale and am uncertain of its age or origin but my guess is that it is likely late 19th century.
