PLEASE NOTE; with the help of a number of other members of Im lead to believe that this is a genuine Antique / vintage stove and not a modern reproduction.
I have had 3 different people suggest a possible maker, however I have not found any ID or name or logo anywhere on the stove. The exact make and model is unknown to me and I do not wish to put a name on it without being absolutely sure that it is correct. This superb example of an old antique cast iron stove / heater . This piece is original and complete with all pieces and accessories including all of the chrome plated accents.
This was made in the USA. It is very old but I do not know how old. I bought it because I was decorating an old home I was remodeling. This was close to 30 years ago I think .
I have never used it. I have had it on display in my enclosed patio as a piece of art from the old west. I had considered actually putting it to use as a heater for the space but never did so.
Recently we have decided to do a complete remodel and the stove no longer goes with the decor of the new remodeled space. So it is up for sale.
This beautiful and fully functional stove is in its original condition ( to the best of my knowledge ). It is complete and has all of its parts and accents.
The stove was / is made to burn wood ( and coal ? ). It has never been used since I had bought it. But I see no reason why it could not be used .
The cast iron components have an aged patina and show the slight signs of light rusting. The stove is in very good condition as far as I can tell.
I have not tried to recondition or refinish the stove . It is my understanding that keeping it in its original condition and with the original finish maximizes its value as a collectable .
This is a beautiful piece fit for any home or collection with a common theme .
I bought this here in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado from an antique dealer. I know that it is very old but I do not know its exact age. I know that it is a true piece of western history.
It was probably used to heat a home or cabin or similar building back in the good old days.
Now it is a piece of art that can also be used if so desired.
The item is quite heavy and is extremely well made. Due to its size and weight it is available for local pick up only.

PLEASE NOTE;
This cast iron pot bellied stove is very well made. I cannot find a markers mark on it anywhere. Nor can I find any place that tells where it was made ( what city / state / country ) or when ( date of manufacture)
A fellow member told me that they had one that looked similar that was actually made in Taiwan and had this marked in big letters on the inside of the door . This stove has no markings on the inside of any of the doors that I could find.
When I bought this, which was many many years ago, the antique dealer I bought it from told me it was made in the USA and was a genuine and old vintage / antique and not a modern reproduction. I believe this is true because I can not find any markings on the item that would make me think other wise.
So to the best of my knowledge this is MADE IN THE USA.
