Antique Folk Art Indian Weathervane c. 1920s:

Antique Folk Art Indian painted weathervane, c. early 20th century. Great subject with silhouette of a crouching Indian about to shoot an arrow. The vane is made of sheet metal, probably aluminum based on the weight. The Indian is hand cut and painted a rich orange red color. Post mounting hardware is on one side for roof placement. Weathered patina with paint chipping, but a handsome vintage weathervane to mount indoors or out.

Measurements:

20 inches tall

12.5 inches wide

Condition:

Good antique condition, well-weathered with chipping paint and several bends to the metal.
