These Baker 6 speed-into-4 speed casetransmissions are a direct replacement for the 4 speed in your \'70-\'84 Shovelhead. Tranny\'s are available with or without the time-honored \'36-\'84 style kicker.
In anormal shovel 4-speed,4th gear is 1:1. In these 6-into-4 tranny\'s,5th gear is1:1 and 6th is .86:1; good for a 500 rpm reduction in cruising rpm on the highway.
These tranny\'s are available in show polished, wrinkle black, or raw finish.
Comes with conventional cable actuator but can be had with a hydraulic clutch actuator end cover insteadfor an additional $120.
Kicker includes a brass pedal.
Included sprocket in your choice of 23 or 24 tooth.
Include\'s clutch pushrod.
Many optional gear ratio\'s available.
