The piano, with itsfabulous Renner Action, was custom-built for the owner, a former concertpianist, in 1978 at Baldwin\'s Cincinnati factory. The instrument is in superb condition, bothtechnically and cosmetically, has all its original parts, and is ready forplaying. The artist-owner has notpracticed or played professionally since 1983, so essentially, the piano isstill quite new!
