Beautiful example of hard to find mid-century New Englandspeakers - original production date was October 1961. A total internal rebuild was performedapproximately two years ago as follows:

Crossovers rebuilt to Pat Tobin specificationsusing Dayton capacitors & resistors. Most likely if you are looking at thispost you will already know who Pat is and his connection to Bozak speaker modifications– if not please Google his name.
Alldrivers replaced with original desired later dated, (approx. 1966) Bozak componentsas follows – Woofer 199A, Midrange B209B, Tweeter B200Y. I still have the original 1961 drivers whichI will include in sale if the buyer wants them.

The cabinets have been polished with Howards Feed-n-wax butare otherwise in original condition. Not perfect but overall they show very well -could easily bestripped and refinished to bring them back to 100%. Solid wood, not laminate. Only real flaw is one back leg has beenrepaired but seems very solid – see last photo. I ran these with a coupledifferent solid state amps, (Sansui AU 717, Marantz 1060) and they soundamazing. Only reason I’m parting with them is I recently downsized and I nolonger have adequate space for speakers this size. I’m selling for what I have into them but I’mwilling to look at offers. These are big and heavy so I can only offer them as “LocalPickup Only”, however I would be willing to meet buyer ½ way between Seattle, Spokane,Portland, Vancouver BC etc.- let’s make sure to discuss before purchase.
