Thank you for shopping with Shady Acres Saddlery. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item for an exchange or refund follow these guidelines.

•Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 14 business days from invoice date and must still be in brand new condition.

•Shipping and handling are not refundable and return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer

•Any item returned that went out “free shipping” will be charged 10% restocking fee, all free items must be returned unused if saddle is return

Do not clean or oil any leather products.
