Civil war token patriotic type 19/396 a, R-2 copper. The obverse shows a head of Liberty facing the viewer\'s left, with stars around, and the date, 1863, below. The reverse shows a wreath encircling the words \"Wilson\'s Medal\" with a large numeral \"1\" in the center. Toned a relatively uniform brown on bothsides, and with virtually all the luster still visible through the toning, on both sides.
