Good usable condition. I cleaned a bit but it could use some more. I am including the blanket, girth, leathers and irons. One leather loop is missing. One metal ring is broken. A few stitches are loose but they do not affect the utility of the saddle. Marked with the metal rivets and also stamped inside. These are pretty pricey when new. Get a bargain here. Feel free to ask questions before offerding.
