Available now is this limited production, rare and fantastic condition, T-600 amateur radio amplifier by D&A Manufacturing. Origins and timeline of manufacture of this amplifier are not 100% clear, but is said to have been manufactured in limited quantity by D&A Manufacturing toward it\'s latter years of business. It was presented as an upgraded version of their 10 tube Phantom amplifier utilizing different tubes, various circuit enhancements and heavier duty power transformers. During this same time period, I believe they had also produced a black cased, two piece unit that was an upgrade of their 1k Warrior amp, called a T-1000 or Warrior II. This amplifier is in excellent condition and works as it should. Output is approx 450+ watts unmodulated with approx 4 watts drive as shown in photo measured with dummy load/watt meter. Higher drive input will yield higher output of course.My dummy load will not read PEP but I\'m betting that the PEP “swing” would be along the lines of the 10 tube Phantom amplifiers, probably about 500-600 watts depending on what you are loading it up to and drive input power used.The T-600 uses 10 6mj6 tubes and covers 10, 15, 20 & 40 meters according to the control on the front. It is super clean, inside and out and shows that there were thoughts of quality control in place during the building of this amp. A very nicely wired and organized underside of the chassis.There are a few minor scratches on the exterior case but considering the age of the amp, I would still call it in excellent condition. See photos for views of this amp.Unfortunately, I do not have a manual for it and have not been able to locate one on-line. A manual for a Phantom 10 tube should be very similar for tuning instructions. Shipping for this amp will be high due to it\'s size and weight.
