This is a Darling Daddy\'s Long Legs Doll \"MAURICE\" Groom? Minister? DOLL DLL96A. Brand New in Original Box, with his hang tag and ALL paperwork, COA. Maurice is a black americana Man. 1996 Signed Limited Edition #984/2500 stamped on her leg and dated on her hang tag. 22\" T. Dangly Legs. This doll comes with a very small black Bible. Artist is Karen Germany I noticed that the lapel on the jacket needs to be ironed, being stored in the box it has become a little smashed.
I purchased a large collection of these Daddy\'s Long Legs at an Estate Sale. All were kept in original boxes and never displayed. Please keep an eye on my site as I will be adding many more.
History:Karen Germany began making Daddy\'s Long Legs dolls in the late 1980s, but they were only produced until the early 2000s, so are very collectible. These are African-American dolls with dangling legs who wear a variety of historical and themed outfits.
