Out of the estate of a noted west-coast collector, who loved to collect the best from Disney but rarely displayed anything. I\'ve examined this beautiful sericel and it is simply PERFECT--art, frame, glass and all. It appears never to have been hung or displayed. It is my understanding that this has always been kept stored in a controlled smoke-free Environment.
Imprint on front says \"Sericel Walt Disney Company Certified. Edition Size: 5000.\" Visible area of the cel is 13 inches by 10 inches. Overall frame size is 22 by 19 inches. On the back is the original price tag from the Disney Store for $295. Certificate of Authenticity is still sealed on the back and has never been opened. It says on back: \"Flying High, Sericel, Limited Edition, Soaring through the sky with Timothy Mouse serving as pilot, Dumbo\'s huge ears help him soar above his troubles. From the film Dumbo, 1941. Edition Size 5000.\" Glazing is noted as plexiglass.
