Federal C6B SirenEXTREMELY LOUD!

Description of Operation:

The siren works great using the heavy cable from the bottomof the pedistal.

The light is white and works using the white wire

The Propello (motor that rotates the light) tries to turnwhen 12 volts is applied to the small red wire.The motor is connected to a worm gear for the light and is missing amounting nut so the motor isn\'t lined up with the gear on the light which maybe why it isn\'t rotating. The motorsounds as if it would run without a problem if it was aligned properly but Ididn\'t pursue it any further.

Description of Condition:

The chrome has not been polished but appears to be in prettygood conditon

There are dents in the siren housing and one smallcrack. There are also dents in the bezelthat incorporates the light.

The heavy siren cable extends about 1 ft. out of the pedestal. The other 2 cables extend 6\".

This is a super well made unit and hopefully worth someone\'stime to restore it. I looked at previoussales and found a good but not fully restored C6B that went for $975.00
