As a Body Wrap: Clay body wraps, in addition to all their other benefits, are very effective when it comes losing inches. You can realistically lose 10 or more inches after only one weight loss body wrap, and virtually eliminate cellulite after a cellulite wrap. These inches are lost through two processes (absorption and compaction). Clay body wraps are the best wraps because they have, by far, the highest absorption properties of the different types of body wraps.
Simply put, the clay helps absorb fluid based toxins that are held between the cells. Once these fluids are removed, the pressure from the wrapping bandages helps squeeze the tissue and compact the pockets where the excess fluid once was. The body then starts to reconnect these pockets so that they no longer exist.

The Clay Body Wrap Procedure:
Step 1 - Exfoliate your skin. (We suggest using one of our "DermaSPA Cloths".)
Step 2 - Apply hydrated clay generously to your body, or area you are treating, making sure it\'s not clumpy in areas.
Step 3 - Apply very warm, moist wrapping cloths to your body. This will open pores allowing your skin to absorb the clay.
Step 4 - Leave the wraps on your body for about an hour. Remove in the shower or bath and rinse.
Step 5 - Once clean, apply aloe vera to calm and further nourish the skin. (We recommend our "Pure Aloe Vera Gel".)
As a Bath Soak: Add 2 to 5 tbs of clay to your bath and thoroughly mix in, soak and enjoy.
As a Poultice or Pack: Cover the affected area with a thick layer of hydrated clay then prevent the clay from drying, for 45 minutes or longer, by wrapping the area with plastic food wrap. It can be left in place as long as two hours, but the clay should not be allowed to dry. Rinse clean with warm water. Then we highly recommend applying our "SheAloe Butter" to the area to moisturize, calm and further nourish the skin.

Waffle & Terry Weaves - What is the difference?
Enchanted Waters carries both WAFFLE and TERRY Weaves in DermaSPA Cloths. TheTerry Weave is ideal for daily skin care (cleaning, exfoliation, preventing andclearing blemishes and blackhead, etc.). The Waffle Weave is more intense andideal for weekly microdermabrasion and more serious skin problems (acne, scars,wrinkles, dark spots, age spots, etc.).
Should I use the cloth every day - with soap?
Yes, gently! Just be sure to confine your aggressive Microdermabrasion treatments to once weekly (at most) using just water.
Here is a tip you may find useful:
Weekly: Perform an aggressive Microdermabrasion treatment with the Waffle Weave DermaSPA Cloth, using just water, and following the directions that come with your Cloth.
Daily: Use the Terry Weave DermaSPA Cloth gently, with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily (morning and evening). All of our Soaps are designed to work with Microdermabrasion and are wonderful for maintaining the skin between your weekly treatments. In addition, our Enchanted Waters Soaps contain the very best natural moisturizers and humectants to hydrate your skin.
For active skin maladies, our African Black Soap is renowned as the world’s best soap for treating acne, burns, rashes, insect bites, cuts and infected wounds. Can I use other chemical treatments along with the DermaSPA Cloths?
We recommend that you discontinue the use of any chemical or acne treatments while you are treating your skin problems with the DermaSPA Cloth. The combination may result in too much irritation to your skin. It would also prevent you from fairly evaluating the results of the treatments with the DermaSPA Cloth. If you do use chemicals you should limit it to at least 24 hours before or after an aggressive DermaSPA treatment.
May I use my moisturizer following a microdermabrasion treatment?
While keeping your skin moisturized is a crucial part of skin care, immediately following a treatment it is best to avoid any chemical laden moisturizers and especially any alcohol based astringents (our Pure Aloe Vera or SheAloe Butter are ideal, after microdermabrasion, moisturizers). The tight feeling in your skin is a sign the treatment was effective. One of the best ways to protect and nourish your skin between treatments is to use a good, chemical free, moisturizing soap. How do I maintain my skin on a daily basis between Microdermabrasion Treatments?
Regardless of the Skin Problem you are treating, maintaining the health of your skin between microdermabrasion treatments is essential. You need to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized but you want to refrain from using harsh chemicals. Use the DermaSPA Cloth gently, ideally with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily (morning and evening).

Which soaps are the most moisturizing?
All of our soaps are moisturizing. They are all super-fatted, which means that a little oil is left in each bar that has not become soap. Each bar contains emollients such as Shea butter, avocado oil, hemp seed oil and jojoba oil. Emollients soften and soothe the skin by coating it slightly to retain moisture. Additionally, Enchanted Waters soaps naturally contain glycerin, a marvelous moisturizer for skin because it attracts moisture from the air. Which of your soaps are best for my sensitive & allergic skin?
Our \"Extra Gentle\" Golden Oasis is wonderful for even the most sensitive skin including babies. Can I use handmade soap to wash my hair?

The first product I listed on is the (now infamous) \"DermaSPA\" Cloth. I discovered the microfiber material used in DermaSPA while on vacation in Positano, Italy (picture on left). Everyone there seemed so wildly excited about this miraculous material that I decided to take a closer look. After seeing the results for myself I became absolutely passionate about it. I discovered that microfiber truly is a miracle product and I was stunned by the fact that it works its wonders using only water. No harsh or irritating chemicals - Just Water! Then and there I decided that it was time for America to discover and share in its benefits. It is how I became involved with this product and eventually ended up here on .
DermaSPA became an overnight success and it didn\'t take long for me to become fascinated by skin care in general.
