Gonset 903A 2 Meter Tube RF Power Amplifier acquired from the family of a ham radio operator. After bringing thislinear amplifier up on a variac over a period of 48hours I powered it up. Jeweled indicator lamps illuminate. That is the extent of my testing. There was no meter movement. The outer case wascarefully removed to take photos of the internals. Please base your offeron the photos included in this sale. Working condition unknown.Theceramic tube isintact in theshielded compartment. Also,I believe that is an electronicdow key relay mounted on the inside of theunit. This amplifier appears to have been modded by the previous owner. Cosmetically there is a patch on the face plate. Strange, it doesn\'t seem to be covering a hole sinceI can see the back of the face plate from the inside. There are alsoscratches on the case.In addition to thepatchthereis some wear on the face plate. Due to age, a long period of non-use, and the inability to test, this unit is offered for restoration and sold as is. Shipping cost includes packing/handling/and insurance.
