The bottom end feels good and looks to be fresh. Oil is still clean. This motor last ran as a pan-shovel motor, but I searched high and low before finding a set of pan jugs and a set of pan heads that I thought were worth purchasing in an attempt to build a complete pan motor. One head has 4 broke fins (pic 10) that are an easy fix. The whole top end needs to be freshened up, but I do not see any major expense areas. Seats look decent, guides are not loose in heads, bolt holes look good with the exception of 2 broke off valve cover bolts that need to be removed, exhaust flanges look good and these are the most common problem areas on the panheads. I figure 4 broke fins would be much cheaper to fix and then just your standard freshen up job and these heads should be good to go. I would give both jugs a new bore. One jug has a small piece of fin missing, but does not show too bad. The bottom of one skirt has a chip, but the rings do not travel that far down, so it does not hurt a thing. One rocker block is missing. Push rod tubes are missing. 4 head bolts are missing and valve cover bolts are missing. This motor is 95% complete. Comes with oil pump, distributor, intake, air cleaner, heads, jugs, and complete bottom end. Cases look to have no repairs and need none. This will make someone a very nice pan motor. This is a very rare find now days. Any good harley mechanic will tell you this is minor repairs for a pan motor this nice. Please look at the pictures carefully. What you see is what you get.
