I\'m selling my vintage Heathkit AA-100 tube amplifier circa 1962! A classic with very warm tones. Cosmetically it is in very good shape considering the age.
Currently this unit is notworking. The amp was hooked up to my turntable for about 6 months and then the right channel stopped working. I thought it was time to recap the entire unit - I began the process and removed all the caps. Also one of the two can caps has been disconnected from the unit. In the meantime, I acquired a brand new tube amp and do not want to invest the time finishing this project.
This unit is great for a hobbyist willing to put in the time to get his unit back working. There is lots of information online - the schematic and Owner\'s manual can be easily found online. I can also email both to the buyer in PDF format.
This unit would also be suitable for anyone looking for parts - all of the tubes were fully functional and tested.
Everything is included in this purchase - I even have all the old caps that I can include if the buyer wants to see the originals that were previously installed on the unit.
