This is a copy of “The JohnDeere Styled ‘Letter’ Series 1939 To 1952” by J.R. Hobbs. It is the stated second edition of thiswork, published by Green Magazine in 2002. The title page is signed and dated by the author.

The book measures 8.5 x 11 inches and has 121 pages withcolor and black and white photos throughout. As the titles states, it coverstractors from 1939 to the early 1950’s along with the company’s history whilethese were being produced. It includes lists of model and serial numbers,production totals, original prices, and other valuable information forcollectors.

This copy is in cleanunmarked condition. The binding istight and all pages are present.Other than some rubbing on the covers it is almost like new.
