John Deere B Early Styled Starter with Solenoid Rare 1939-1940 Delco 1107424 Offered for your consideration is an original Delco 1107424 starter motor appropriate for B tractors serial numbered 60,000 - 95,999. I hooked this to a less than optimum battery with jumper cables and it does spin and the solenoid gives a good clunk. It probably wouldn\'t take much to make it work well. It is complete with solenoid and connecting copper strap. It took me many years of searching to find this! This is a necessary part when adding“Electrics” to your John Deere Early Styled B. Due to other commitments, I’ve abandoned this project on my’39 B and reverted it to a hand start. See my other sales for MANY other necessary parts to correctly upgrade your tractor.
