This is a complete electrolytic capacitor replacement kit for the Kenwood R-5000 receiver. As electronic equipment ages beyond the 25 year point electrolytic capacitors tend to dry out and become leaky or short out entirely.

As a retired broadcast maintenance technician who has restored many vintage radios, I replace these capacitors with the intent of keeping the radio going for hopefully another 25 years!

The kit includes the following capacitors (88), and are brand new Nichicon or Panasonic:
