Large Round Antique Shaker Basket Primitive Country ~ Splint Wood Carved Handles.
This wonderful basket has been in my home for many years. I am downsizing and decided that I don\'t have room for this any more.
Measuring approximately 13-1/2\" high and 19-1/2\" in diameter at the top, this is a fabulous antique splint wood basket with a rare wooden bottom. There is one small area that is damaged and it does sit a bit crooked. (I don\'t know if it was soaked if it could be straightened?)
Note the beautiful carved wood handles! There are a few tiny specks of white paint on it. I stored antique quilts in it for many years and it makes a wonderful display. (I am selling one of the quilts on another sale page so be sure to take a look! It is white and turkey red in an arrow pattern. See the last two photos below!)
