This sale is for a wonderful large vintage sterling silver Native America kachina pin. The pin has beautiful detail in the silver work and was made by a very skilled Navajo silversmith. It is a very large pin and has a simple elegance. There is graceful movement in the design and the joy of a dancing kachina. The pin is unsigned as is often the case with Native American jewelry.
The pin is marked \"sterling\" and tested as 95% or greater sterling silver using a GXL Next electronic tester. I purchased the pin many years ago and have never see another one like it. There is no damage and there are no repairs. The pin closure on the back is large and holds the pin securely (no sagging). The closure is in good working condition. There are minor surface scratches as expected from vintage jewelry that has been happily worn.
