Souvenir picture booklet from Portland Oregon\'s 1905 Lewis and Clark Centennial Exhibition. Soft greenish-black cover, 9.5x12\", with title printed and embossed, bound with dark grey cord; round cover picture set in embossed circle. Inside, very soft black paper (typical of 19th c. photo books) with 24 photos of expo tipped in, one per sheet. (Mostly views of the various buildings, sometimes of interiors. One picture printed with 2 photos: see photo #4, of Utah and Idaho buildings. Some pictures include visitors, in dress of the period: see photo #3.) Top 2 corners of back cover a bit folded, one page loose; otherwise very nice condition.
