Lodge is a zero hazardous waste stream foundry. Lodge designed a vegetable oil recycler for the seasoning process to reduce waste & unusable oil is recycled & used as biodiesel for generators. Lodge uses recycled & biodegradable packing materials. Reuse of foundry sand used in the casting process is recycled & unusable sand is working to purify the water of the local streams & planting trees to improve air quality & beautification.
