I\'m a huge fan of early Mad Magazine. Here are over-sized Chess set pieces of early Mad Magazine artists of the 60\'s & 70\'s. The queen is 6\" tall.
Dirty faced Alfred in black as King...and Queen! Al Jaffe as the knight, Don Martin as the bishop, and of course, Spy vs. Spy as the pawn. I included a picture of the white set still in the painting process just for reference. THIS sale IS FOR A SET OF 6 pieces in your choice of black or white set.
