Up for offer is a (1) page document, signed by President Martin Van Buren\'s Secretary, in 1839 for 71 acres to Peter Corish in Mineral Point, Wisconsin Territory. Document has been folded and rolled but is in remarkably good shape for being 180 years old. Only a couple tiny fold \"holes\" and the edges look clean with no tears. Paper is thick...I guess this may be what parchment is I suppose. The seal is cracked but legible. Overall, a very cool piece of history.
