This STUNNING Loetz ball footed covered dish with lid is in Tango style, with lime green body and lid with black ball feet. I believe it is aMichael Powolny. It is marked with an etched \"Czechoslovakia\" in an oval, which indicates the piece was made between 1919 and 1939, when Powolny was making valuable pieces for Loetz.
It is 6.25\" tall with the lid. The dish is wider at the top than at the base; it measures 6\" across at the top and 5 3/8 inches across at the feet.
This is an exceptionally rare Loetz piece - I have been able to find no other examples in this shape.
This piece is in excellent condition, with no chips, scratches, stains, or fleabites. The lid is original and fits well.
