He is wonderfully distressed to look like he came out of an old trunk in the attic but he is newly made by me and is my original copyright design & pattern.
This sale is for the monkey only!
He is made of hand dyed & hand tinted brown color mohairs, then heavily aged. He has a new monkey style design with canvas face & ears. His face has been shaded & tinted. His face is not \"flat\" but has contoured facial features. He has german glass eyes & shaded for depth.He has the straight arms with shorter legs & aged paws. He as a little curly monkey tail from aged old rope. Increbibly Cute and frumpy little monkey guy! He wears a ruff collar from vintage Flag textiles, a tiny little \"hat\" made from vintage & antique bits & bobbles, & a vintage poker chip charm with vintage Monkey Circus graphics it has an antique yellow boot button that dangles from old chain. What a charming little monkey this is, and would look great displayed amongst antique toys & dollies too !!
He is loosely stuffed with woodwool,gravel granulars and sand,for weight and texture.He is 5-way hardware jointed.
He will come with my signed hang tag so you know that you are getting an Original Whimsical Whendi\'s Bear and not an imitation!
As with all my work, including clothing & accessories, it is for the Adult Collector only and not intended for children.
He is shown standing but cannot stand alone without help.
