For Sale is a NICE CHEAP 30\' 2 Door 1999 AERO AEROLITE 830FK selling in a!!
Outside: The outside is in good shape. The outside has nice sides, good paint and stripes, good glass, nice wheels, NEW tires, air conditioning, black water, gray water, and fresh water holding tanks, gas furnace, gaswater heater,porch lights, basement storage, leveling jacks and a nice porch awning.
Inside: The inside of the camper is also in good shape. In the front of the camper is the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has a Dometic fridge and freezer, Wedgewood gas stove, Sharp Carousel microwave, double sink, and cabinets. The living room has a couch that turns into a bed and also a dinette that also turns into a bed. The couch and dinette both have upper cabinets.By the entry door there is a swivel chair. Beside the swivel chair is a Phillips TV. In the hallway there are very nice cabinets. On the right side is where the bathroom is located. The bathroom has a nice shower, stool, sink, medicine cabinet, and cabinets underneath the sink. The rear of the camper is where the bedroom is. The bedroom has a walk around queen bed, two side closet, night stand, reading light, and an entry door.
Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: There is a crack on thefront of the camper that the previous owner repaired with aeterna bondand it hasnormal wear. The flaws with the inside are: There is water damage to vinyl, a soft spot in front of the entry door but its not bad,and it has normal wear. Please view all pictures, watch the video, and ask and questions you might have.
All of the campers here are checked out. We check out: water heaters, AC unit, furnaces, refrigerator and freezer, slide outs, water pumps, microwaves, brakes, and lights on every unit.

A $1000 Non Refundable deposit is due after 48 hours after the sale is over and the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the sale ending. When you BUY a camper from an sale it is a legal binding contract. Please don\'t be confused when you are offerding on this camper. You are not shopping, you are BUYING. All payments can be made by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. All checks or money orders need to be made out to 4ZS RVS. Payment can be sent by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. There is a 7% sales tax that I must collect if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax you will be given a ST-108 tax form. This form tells your state that you have already paid your tax so you will not pay tax again. There is a $100 title, tag, and documentation fee. If you are from Mexico I also have to collect sales tax. I know all Canadians with need documents faxed over to the border at which you will be crossing. That is no problem just call me and let me know the fax number to where you be crossing at and I will fax the papers over. There can be a $50 discount when you show up for the camper, ask when you get here. We do NOT accept paypal or credit cards for payment UNLESS you want to pay the additional 4%.
Pick up:
When picking up the camper I would like to have a 48 hour notice. When you pick up the camper I will have it backed up to the garage and plugged in so I can show you all the systems are working so you will feel confident about your purchase because I only want happy campers. 4Z\'s RVs is open from Monday - Saturday. Hours are 9-5. All of are camper can be shown at that time. If you would like to come after that time you are more than welcome BUT I can not promise that anyone will be there to show the camper to you and answer any questions that you may have.
All the camper being sold are being sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied. YOU are buying the camper solely on YOUR judgment. I will do my best to describe the camper as I see it.
Please keep in mind that this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. Not all camper will have manuals, keys, or remotes. These are repos and some people take those things out. Please keep in mind these are USED trailer selling below Wholesale and WILL need a little TLC to make new. I will tell you what is working and is not so you can base your offerding by that. Please look at all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.
Most camper in the past have leaked and in the future will leak. I can not promise that this camper has never leaked. If I do see signs I will list them in my adds.
Contact needs to be made by you 24 hours after the sale has ended to set up payment. If I do not hear from you I will sell the back up buyer or relist the camper. All NON paying buyers will be turned into as a NON PAYING ER.
I will store the camper for free for the first 14 days, then after that it is $5 a day storage.
