Please meet my extraordinary hare made by the amazing Zhanna Rassi of Heritage Bears ( formerly Forest Fellows )
This artist is SUPERB !! i cannot say enough complimatary things about this Artist, i adore her work.

THE HARE
This dear fellow started with sewing his body from German grey \"antique\"-style mohair and white alpaca belly. his inner ears from 100% beige wool.

Stands at 9.5\" excluding ears

his body is stuffed with polyfill and glass beads and also armatured his arms and legs in order for them to bend and to support his posture.

- His eyes are German glass eyes.

needle and scissor-sculpted face, adding some needle felted parts in order to give him more character and life-like appearance.

- His face was toned with acrylics and soft pastels in black-grey-brown tones and the same colors were added to his ears and paws.

- I just love creating that \"watercolor\" look on my pieces and this guy is not an exception :)

THE OUTFIT

Mr Eldridge is dressed in Regency era outfit - it compliments his shapes and is simply my favorite ever! (huge Jane Austen fan here :)))

- His vest is made of a cotton-silk mix in light gold with a floral print and has 4 Swarovski crystal pearl \"buttons\". It had to sit perfectly so it is not removable.

- His trousers are made of plaid white-brown cotton with grossgrain grey ribbon around his waist and knees. There\'s also a hare-tail hole in the back :)

- His coat is 100% beige wool with silver metal thread embroidery and has 2 Swarovski pearls in the back. I also toned it a bit with brown pastels.

- Mr Eldridge wouldn\'t be a gentleman without his sky-blue cotton cravat with a pink quartz stone pin in it! So it sits nicely around his neck :)

- His tophat is made of 100% wool felt that was painted black and has a brown suede leather \"ribbon\" attached to it

- His boots are not removable and are made of upcycled black and brown glove leather.

He stands using a doll stand which will be included.
