This warranty does not apply to any AUTOPART TRUST unit which has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, installed on a racing or high performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the unit is installed, for as long as that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.
Remedy and ServiceA replacement for a failed or defective AUTOPART TRUST unit is available from the point of purchase. For Proper Credit unit must be returned with proof of purchase and a brief description of the \"Reason for Return\"
ExclusionsAUTOPART TRUST makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties, representations or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. The replacement of the unit is the sole and exclusive remedy for the claims of any type (including personal injury) arising from the failure or defective condition of the unit from AUTOPART TRUST Negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. AUTOPART TRUST will not reimburse the vehicle owner for the cost of removing defective unit, installing the replacement unit or replacing any other parts, or for any other expenses, charges or damages.
Limitation on LiabilityTo the extent allowed by law, AUTOPART TRUST will have no obligation to the vehicle owner for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure or defective condition of the unit from AUTOPART TRUST negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations for exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return Auto Parts that are:• Brand new, in their Original Packaging and Resalable condition.
• Have not been Disassembled.
• Are not Damaged due to Improper Handling.
Any Installation, or Incidental fees are non-refundable. For any Quality related issues, we will pay the return shipping fee .
If the requested item has not been shipped out, we will refund you 100%.
If the reason for refund is our mistake or quality issue, we will refund you 100%.
For all other returns, we will issue a refund that meets the above requirement less our shipping cost. An RGA # is required for all returns.
