Weare delighted to offer for sale this exceptionally rare circa 1910 solidsilver with yellow enamel Japanese Samurai salt and or pepper pot
I’mputting up for sale my entire collection of silver gold and watches to includemostly Asprey’s Tiffanys Liberty’s and a few other choice select pieces, pleasecheckout my other items
A truly rare and beautiful thing, thedetailing and craftsmanship is like nothing I’ve ever seen, its beautifullyhand engraved and worked, I honestly can’t begin to relay the time and effortto make something of this standard
The top of the hat removes to reveal a largesalt or pepper pot, I was told that these were sold as singles because it waspepper that went inside the hat pot and sea salt inside the section at thefront bottom, it would seem to make sense as you would simply sprinkle it outbut honestly I have no idea
