Please read descriptions, see pictures and ask questions before offerding. I will describe this item to the best of my ability and knowledge. This sale is final as is. Now for the Good Part---This is an Original Authentic Vintage or Antique Rye Whiskey Decanter or Back Bar Bottle. It has Sterling Silver Overlay and is marked STERLING on the Tail of the R in RYE. This bottle is Frosted Glass and has is a Quart of Fifth Cylinder in Shape. This is a Very Nice and \"Up-Town\" Bottle. To Top it off, it has its Original Sticker with Catalogue Number where it was purchased at OVINGTON\'S of NEW YORK---the Famous Store of Fine Goods on Fifth Avenue. It has a Fluted Neck coming from Shoulders. From the Character of Glass, I believe that this Bottle is Blown in Mold-It has seams on side, but appear to stop before the lip, but not sure. The glass has Appeal of a Blown Bottle. The Top is Unusual and would have probably had a Cork on Stem for Sealing. The condition is Great, in my opinion. The Sterling Overlay or Enameling is Strong! It has a few light use scuffs to surface. No chips, No cracks and No repairs and No touch-ups. Don\'t miss this for your Whiskey, Bar, Liquor, (Maybe) Pre-Prohibition or Fine Glass Ware Collection.
